The price includes:
Car rental of this category with unlimited mileage. The rent only guarantees a car of this category, the model it's offered in dependence of the availability at the moment of the pickup.

The price does't includes(*):
All additional charges, including the daily insurance, fuel, etc. At any damage, a deductible if the insurance was accepted and the client is responsible. The guarantee deposit. A fee for additional (different to the one that signs the contract) driver for day of rent.

Rental conditions :
The conduction of the car is not allowed to people not authorized in the contract, if not fulfilling with this clause the user will be penalized with a penalty or will be able to be resolved the contract for CUBACAR S.A, in the event of accident in the public road, being the car driven by another person not specified in the contract, it loses the right automatically to the covering offered by CUBACAR.

If at the end of the time pacted in the contract the client not show up to extend the contract, he gets paid each day according to the rate of extras days without extension and in public rates, at the same time if an accident takes place of the one which be or not guilty and it communicates passing the twelve hours of the expiration of the contract he will pay all the damages and will be charged the extra day without insurance.

The car drop off will be made before or at the hour pacted in the contract. if not fulfilling with the same one CUBACAR will proceed to charge every overtime (from 1 at 5 hours) like 1/5 of the rent according to the rate from 1 to 6 days and of being bigger than 6 hours he will be charged the equivalent amount of 1 day extra without extension. The overtime it is considered starting from the 59 minutes of the contract expiration.

(*) It should be paid directly to the CUBACAR.
