Can I book a hotel by phone?

Yes, reservation agents are available from 8:30AM - 5:30PM. Please see our phone numbers in Contact section.

Can I make my reservation at any time before to travel?

You should make your reservation request to us at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Nevertheless we accept last time reservations too.

Is health care available in all Cuban hotels?

More than 95% of hotels assure primary health care. There are also eight international clinics -for treatments of greater care- in Pinar del Rio, Varadero, Cienfuegos, Trinidad, Cayo Coco, Santa Lucia, Guardalavaca and Santiago de Cuba.

Is there a cancellation policy for Recommended hotels?

Recommended hotels require that you pay 7 days after we confirm your reservation request. Please see our Cancellation Policy in our General Conditions.

What are Recommended hotels?

They are hotels for which we've negotiated special rates for the dates you've requested. The Recommended hotels appear on the search results pages.
